Just launched: Brand new website for FSB (Federation of Small Businesses)
FSB is a truly influential membership body providing advice, financial expertise, support and a powerful voice heard in government to small businesses across the UK.
We took on this project with a vision to deliver a high-spec digital solution, with a commitment to always go the extra mile. Working closely with FSB, we redesigned their website and provided consultation on content strategy in order to shape clearer and more compelling messaging.
The FSB site is campaign-driven, providing regionally-relevant content tailored to where users are based. The website also uses eventfolio EMS; Pixl8’s proven event management solution; enabling FSB to better engage with their diverse membership base.
Pixl8 ran a series of workshops as part of the discovery process in order to better understand FSB’s vision, purpose and audience needs. In doing so, we were able to develop flexible digital solutions, for instance using our content library and rules engine to serve personalised content for different audiences.
