Earlier this month we welcomed a host of clients to our 2022 online client day.

Alongside presenting our vision of the digital future, we showcased the expansion of our core products and services and how these new and emerging options can benefit our clients, their organisation and their members.

Whilst 2021 saw us continue to make significant investments in product development, CEO, Alex Skinner was pleased to share that we are broadening our team through the introduction of Customer Success Managers. They will be tasked with coordinating new requirements, following-up support issues and helping to prioritise work and training requests. 

Head of Product, Steve Dowle, gave an insightful and entertaining demo of some of the latest features in ReadyMembership. These included: 

Submissions manager

This enables membership teams to manage calls for abstracts, peer review and schedule event talks.

The tool can be used in many other useful ways. The Council for British Archaeology is using it to allow external organistions to submit events listing for their Festival of Archaeology. Once approved, events are published on their website for people to book. News articles and resource submissions will also be available soon.

Dashboards 

Admins can compare data sets, configure widgets and track multiple membership metrics with bright engaging graphs and data displays.

D2L Brightspace integration for Elearning

When members login to their website they can see their progress and launch their courses. This opens up Brightspace where they can continue their learning. When they save their work again, progress is automatically updated in their website members area.

New year, continuing digital priorities

Whilst we were excited to share our upcoming platform innovations and plans for the future we also wanted to understand our clients digital priorities for 2022. 

It came as no surprise that our poll of attendees revealed that optimising the user journey and improving member engagement continues to be at the forefront for the majority.
