Just launched: IBMS Congress site
This year we have launched a microsite for the Institute of Biomedical Science (IBMS), to support their IBMS Congress 2022 event.
With over 19,000 members in 73 countries, IBMS is the leading professional body for scientists, support staff and students in the field of biomedical science, dedicated to the development and delivery of excellence.
In parallel to the development of the IBMS’ website, we have accelerated the delivery of their microsite to allow promotion of the IBMS Congress 2022. This microsite is also utilising the design styling that will eventually be applied to the main site, giving IBMS a small taste of what’s to come.
IBMS can now populate their congress agenda, speakers, sessions, venues and more to support the promotion of the event. Their members and delegates can use the microsite to learn about Congress 2022 and book onto its eclectic mix of events.
IBMS has chosen Pixl8’s Preside platform to drive forward their digital transformation with a brand new site. The new user-centred design with intuitive navigation will include streamlined membership application and renewals processes. Pixl8 will also work with learning provider partner D2L to integrate the new site with their online Brightspace Learning Management system.
Preside, Pixl8’s open source DXP helps organisations grow their user base, improve their service offering and optimise their members’ experiences. Through easy systems integration, combining CRM, CMS, payments & email and a comprehensive content experience - organisations have the foundations to deliver on digital goals.

The Pixl8 team have worked hard to ensure that we can launch some of the project ahead of schedule. The initial scoping workshops Pixl8 designed were very beneficial and they have enabled staff from across the organisation to feed into the design.
