Just Launched: New website for Bar Standards Board (BSB)
Pixl8 are delighted to announce the launch of the Bar Standards Board (BSB) website. Our relationship with BSB started around two years ago when they approached us looking for user research to inform a broader website project.
We undertook a series of discovery workshops to fully understand BSB's core audience, as well as to determine the functional requirements of the project. User research, tree testing, and SEO assistance were services we offered from the get-go, enabling us to ensure a solid foundation going forward.
As an organisation operating in the legal certification board sector, BSB required a bespoke solution, which we built using Preside v.10.11. It included a custom handbook, reporting form, Barrister Register, and disciplinary findings search function.
The custom handbook offers BSB's website users intuitive navigation and search functionality on all devices, despite its size and complexity. On top of this, the CRM integration we delivered offers BSB unprecedented ease of access when searching for Barrister details and any associate disciplinary findings, as well as reporting form submissions for complaints made about Barristers. This data feeds into the CRM so the BSB team can manage reports.
We have recently completed a project to rebuild and redesign our website. Pixl8 have provided us with high-quality support throughout, and the project was successfully delivered within time and budget tolerances.
