MyBar is the online members portal for 17k barristers and law students in England & Wales. It has transformed the way that The Bar Council and the Bar Standards Board manage member processes, data and communications.
Pixl8 replaced a multitude of paper-based processes, web applications and siloed data streams with a single integrated scalable solution.
The Bar Council has saved thousands of pounds by replacing out of date web platforms with Pixl8’s platform - streamlining internal processes and unifying the organisation in a shared approach to digital.
A consolidated shared platform across two organisations has brought efficiencies of scale, creating a single IT support team and reducing the number of small suppliers and therefore security risk.
Internal teams are now more sophisticated and self-sufficient in managing the platforms and less reliant on third-party suppliers for routine maintenance - saving time and money.
In January 2020 Pixl8 helped the Twins Trust launch a brand new website. Our goals were:
- Boost member numbers, participation and diversify income
- Translate the new Twins Trust brand to digital
- Save time and money
Members and supporters were kept front of mind throughout the development process. The new responsive website not only delivers a greatly improved design and user experience but includes backend and frontend functionality that is saving time for staff and members.
The Twins Trust membership team now saves 30 hours a month on manual processing of memberships and supporter updates. Time spent on developing emails has gone down by 50%.
Their new systems provide improved processes which result in impressive time savings for members issuing a new membership card which is now instantaneous.
Maximising sales opportunities
In September 2020 Pixl8 delivered a new online event website for the annual Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) Sales Conference.
This all-in-one event management and online conference platform not only enriches the experience of attendees but also provides a dedicated permanent space for sponsorship of online conference sessions.
Hosted on a dedicated website, attendees can view live or pre-recorded sessions, see the latest on-the-day session information, view the conference calendar and catch up on sessions.
Permanent sponsorship panels within session pages meant that the FSBs sponsors were put front and centre of the conference - delivering income for the FSB and value for sponsors.
Season of good cheer
