The Twins Trust membership team now saves 30 hours a month on manual processing of memberships and supporter updates. Time spent on developing emails has gone down by 50%.
Their new systems provide improved processes which result in impressive time savings for members issuing a new membership card which is now instantaneous.
Maximising sales opportunities
In September 2020 Pixl8 delivered a new online event website for the annual Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) Sales Conference.
This all-in-one event management and online conference platform not only enriches the experience of attendees but also provides a dedicated permanent space for sponsorship of online conference sessions.
Hosted on a dedicated website, attendees can view live or pre-recorded sessions, see the latest on-the-day session information, view the conference calendar and catch up on sessions.
Permanent sponsorship panels within session pages meant that the FSBs sponsors were put front and centre of the conference - delivering income for the FSB and value for sponsors.
