Digital Discovery Day

To make the Pixl8 vision more tangible, we welcomed our clients for "Digital Discovery Day" at our Clapham offices.

At Pixl8, we are growing our team and our remit to deliver digital excellence in our projects, as well as our training and thought leadership in the membership and charity sectors. 
 

To give our vision more tangibility to our wide range of clients, we hosted a "Digital Discovery Day" at our Clapham offices. Joining the clients were the founding partners, Alex and Neil, and agency consultants and specialists. We also welcomed our partners RD Mobile and Bluelight CRM.

An insight-packed day

During the day we gave talks and demos, and ran breakout sessions.  We asked our clients to grill us in what became a vibrant panel debate!

As part of the day we gave a sneak peak of the results of our upcoming "Digital: Trending for the Membership Sector" report, and the themes emerging from this.

Comments included: 
  • The desire for ever more impactful personalisation
  • The need to deliver strategically in a seamless environment
  • The importance of digital journeys and conversion
  • Elevating the impact of your insights to board level

  • Are there any dangers associated with personalisation, can it be taken too far?
  • Systems integration, plus; how can this be made future-proof?
  • As integration is often one of the most expensive aspects of a web project, how can this area be kept lean, while still delivering results?
  • How to retain existing student members, who've recently graduated, progressing them to become full members?
  • What are the best ways to highlight benefits of membership, once prospects have made it onto the website?

Over tea, lunch and at the close clients had the opportunity to meet their sector peers and engage with the team.
