Shortlisted for Best Website at the Memcom Membership Excellence Awards
The Twins Trust is the largest charity of its kind in the world; offering support, information and advice to thousands of multiple-birth families each year.
Since early 2019, Pixl8 has been working alongside Twins Trust to reach hearts and minds online. We got the chance to deliver a digital platform with impact, clarity, and empathy, and were delighted to see the Trust’s membership base grow by 15% in the first month alone.
“Pixl8 have helped us to bring our technology offering up to date. The possibilities available to us now are exciting and will improve the experience for our supporters significantly.”
Nikki Roberts, Head of Communications at Twins Trust
The new website gives people direction and clarity of purpose when they first visit the site and continues to do so throughout the whole member journey.
We are pleased to announce that our work has been shortlisted for the Best Website category at the Memcom Membership Excellence Awards 2020.
"I am super excited to hear we are shortlisted for the Memcom Best Website award. I loved working with the dedicated and thoughtful Twins Trust team to deliver a powerful and delicate balance of membership, services and fundraising."
Lucy Conlan, Senior Marketing Strategist at Pixl8
We’re proud to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for Memcom Excellence Awards for our work with Historic Houses and The Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed (IPSE).
Last week we spent a day at Fundraising Live; the annual conference for fundraisers, charity digital suppliers, and third sector thought leaders. This day gave us even more reason to be inspired by the sector.
For charities in 2020, the majority of interactions will be through digital channels. It's now more important than ever to ask; how can you make your cause shine online?
