Overview

The Horticultural Trades Association (HTA) is a modern, leading-edge trade association representing the UK garden industry. Established in 1899 at the Crystal Palace by 60 like-minded horticulturists, the HTA has, for over 100 years, promoted the interests of its members and the industry at large. A cost-effective and comprehensive range of business support and development initiatives are available to individual members.

Process

With some keen horticulturalists in the office, Pixl8 were very glad to be selected to work with HTA to completely revamp their digital platforms.

Pixl8 were keen to hear what the members wanted so we ran a number of workshops with HTA staff as well as members in order to be as informed as possible when designing the website.

Outcome

The first release of the new website is packed full of useful features to allow multiple audiences to interact with the website. The public can search for members, prospects can learn about the benefits and members can access knowledge, training (including online training), events and soon will be able streamline their admin by setting up direct debits when the next release is online.
